poor packaging and bent feet on the pump, i think its still useable but not tested yet.

I purchased one of these pumps also not sure if same company mine was from Netherlands going off bank statement all foot plates badly buckled just went to try it yesterday and it does not work

The pump is heavy and it had obviously been dropped in transit which caused the alloy footplate to be bent. I managed to straighten it somewhat. Better packaging is required. The electrical lead would be better if it was twice as long.

The main purpose was to empty tank ready for replacemnt to smaller bunded tank fast delivery i would eccomend for trade and competant home owner use

Had an issue with the trigger tool house wasted no time in resolving the issue by sending out a replacement straight away very happy with the product and will be using the company for any other items I need quality company and 1st class customer service
