We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product has not been installed, if you the product has been used / installed the return period is 14 days. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at sales@toolshouse.co.uk If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label only in the case that the product is faulty, in all other cases the customer must to return the product to the address bellow. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please notice we can not accept the return for products that you already used or installed, in this case, if the product become faulty you can contact us for a warranty repair or replacement, if apply.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damage item must be reported in 24 hours if you do not report the damaged item we reserve the right to refuse your request.

 


 

Excepcions / non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (consumables), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Installed or use items after 14 days in which cases you are still able to request the repair or repalcement if the product under warranty claims.

 

 

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

 


 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. f the product is returned used, damaged or not in teh original package we will discount up 30% of the original price, Tools House reserve the rights to don't refund damaged nad used products and charge to the customer the shipping and inspeccion cost in case of false claims. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Warranty

Each product / brand have a different warranty terms, for warranty claims please email us at Sales@ toolshouose.co.uk and provide the order number, the product name, the fault and you contact detailswe are happy to assit you. Please remeber that some brands request from teh customer to registre the product in they website and in some cases you can be refer to the manufacturer website for a warranty claims.

FALSE WARRANTY CLAIM: If a customer open guarantee or return request claiming a manufactrurer defect, repair, refund or replacement but the engineer report find the item in good working order or if the fault or defect was caused by the customer, the customer agreed to apply the following rules: The customer must to pay the engineer inspection work* plus the collection and shipping costs* and the item will not send back to the customer until those payments are paid, in all cases customer must to pay an admin charge of 10% of the total item price.

*The engineer inspection cost will depend of the item model and brand.

**The collection and shipping cost will be calculated depending of the Customer address, item weight and measures.
