Shipping Policy
We strive to post your purchase the same day of the purchase time if it is made before 13:00 Local time.
Some postcodes are excluded from the below shipping rates and you can expect a different charge at the checkout page if your delivery location is a remote area.
Delivery Charge
- STANDARD ORDERS OVER £10+: FREE DELIVERY in most of the UK Mainland postcodes, if there is any charge due to your delivery location the applicable charge will appear in your checkout. The expected delivery time is 2-5 working days depending on the delivery location, parcel weight and dimensions.
- STANDARD ORDERS UNDER £10:: For orders under £10 the shipping charge is £3.50. The expected delivery time is 2-5 working days depending on the delivery location, parcel weight and dimensions.
- NEXT DAY DELIVERY: £9 (Next business day for orders before 12:00 pm.
- SATURDAY DELIVERY: £14 UK mainland only. (Orders placed before until Friday 12:00 pm)

- STANDARD 2 TO 5 Kg: The shipping charge is £8 The expected delivery time is 3-7 working days depending on the delivery location, parcel weight and dimensions.
- STANDARD UP 5 to 15 Kg: The shipping charge is £18 The expected delivery time is 3-7 working days depending on the delivery location, parcel weight and dimensions.
- STANDARD UP 15 to 30 Kg: The shipping charge is £35 The expected delivery time is 3-7 working days depending on the delivery location, parcel weight and dimensions.
- STANDARD OVER 30 Kg: The shipping charge is £200 The expected delivery time is 3-7 working days depending on the delivery location, parcel weight and dimensions.
- TWO - THREE DAYS DELIVERY UP 2 Kg: The shipping charge is £18 The expected delivery time is 2-5 working days depending on the delivery location, parcel weight and dimensions.
- TWO TO THREE DAYS DELIVERY UP 5Kg: The shipping charge is £26 The expected delivery time is 2-5 working days depending on the delivery location, parcel weight and dimensions.
- TWO TO THREE DAYS DELIVERY UP 30 Kg: The shipping charge is £45 The expected delivery time is 3-7 working days depending on the delivery location, parcel weight and dimensions.
- STANDARD UP 2 Kg: The shipping charge is £18. The expected delivery time is 3-7 working days depending on the delivery location, parcel weight and dimensions.
- STANDARD 2 TO 5 Kg: The shipping charge is £26 The expected delivery time is 3-7 working days depending on the delivery location, parcel weight and dimensions.
- STANDARD 5 UP 30 Kg: The shipping charge is £45 The expected delivery time is 3-7 working days depending on the delivery location, parcel weight and dimensions.
- STANDARD OVER 30 Kg: The shipping charge is £200 The expected delivery time is 3-7 working days depending on the delivery location, parcel weight and dimensions.
Couriers
We post our parcels through Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, Inpost, Amazon shipping, UPS, FedEx, DHL, DX and Hermes/Evri depending on the weight and dimensions.
Lost Parcel
If your order qualifies for free delivery (we use untracked services), in case the courier, lost or messed up your parcel we will not be able to re-sent your goods until getting compensation from them. However we are not liable for any delay, in this case, we will contact the courier and answer your request in the next 96 hours.
Our estimated delivery time is 2 - 5 working days for standard orders, however, it can be longer in peak times (Christmas, Bank holidays), unfortunately, we can not guarantee all parcels will be delivered on time it depends on the couriers.
Next day delivery and Two days delivery is not guaranteed, in the case, it doesn't arrive as planned and the delay is due to the courier we can not reimburse any delivery charge, you can contact the courier and make the claim.
Tools House is not liable for (i) loss which was not reasonably foreseeable to both parties at the time when the Contract was made, or (ii) loss (eg loss of profit) to the Customer's business, trade, craft or profession.
Undelivery Address
Please notice if your delivery address is not in the UK Mainland and you chose the wrong delivery service at the checkout we will not dispatch your purchase until the full delivery charge is paid if you refuse to pay the outstanding delivery charge we can apply a non-refundable service fee of 5% of the total order amount and your order will cancel.
Refused Parcel
If the customer refuses the parcel, we are unable to process the refund of the order until we get the parcel back to us. If there is no valid reason for the refusal, we can retain up to 10% of the total amount of the purchase.
Proof of Delivery
Most of the parcel is posted by Tracked services, if the parcel is tracked as delivered then it is enough proof that the product was successfully delivered to the delivery address, we are NOT liable for any claim related to missing or lost parcels with tracked services, in case of a Tracked parcel marked as delivered and the customer claim that didn't receive the parcel the customer must contact the courier and submit the claim. Courier website tracking results are valid proof of delivery, unfortunately, due to COVID-19 most couriers are not tracking signatures at the delivery.
We will deliver the Goods, to the Delivery Location by the time or within the agreed period (standard or Next day) or, failing any agreement, without undue delay and, in any event, not more than 15 working days after the day on which the Contract is entered into.
In any case, if the customer does not receive the goods within 5 working days after the total payment of the goods, the customer must contact us via writing (sales@tololshouse.co.uk), after that period we are not liable for lost goods. Please understand most couriers have a 5-day claim window outside of that period we can not make any claim.
If the parcel appears as "delivered" on the courier website and you haven't received your parcel you must contact us within 5 days if not we are not liable for any non-delivery parcel.
