Our new Mobile app gives you greater control and visibility over your Monarch Water Softener, all from the convenience of your smartphone. You can easily monitor your water usage, check the status of your softener, and keep track of your salt levels so you always know when it’s time to top up.

Integrated Salt Laser - Alerts and notifications are sent to your phone when your salt is low, giving a reminder to refill.

Our remote diagnostics service allows us to monitor the status of your Monarch Water Softener directly from our headquarters. This means our team can quickly check the system’s operating status and identify potential issues.

Opti-Brining technology only regenerates the resin that has been used, to save salt and energy. 

Built in Customer Protect Programme (CPP) that a) detects leaks in your plumbing system, delays regeneration until 2am, learns your water usage patterns to regenerate accordingly and make substantial savings on salt and water use, automatically adjusts to BST and GMT time changes.
