The branches are descending safely several feet away from me ,having been despatched with a cut comparable to the slicing of a banana.

Good initial response to the order.
Tracking info didn't change for a week.
Contacted Tool House as concerned.
Then had the items in 2 days after response.
Hence 4 star not 5 for having to chase.

I did a bit of research before buying this. I wanted a heavy duty lopper to cut some high stray branches on a tree. I searched on-line and visited garden centres locally to compare products.. Finally I found the 3 metre extendable handle in a builders merchants and they gave me the reference number for the lopper. It has been amazing! It’s easy to use and cuts through 50mm branches with ease. I’m only 5 foot high but I find it light and fairly easy to manoeuvre when fully extended. Toolhouse sent through the product really quickly.
