The package came in good time. The box had extra cardboard wrapped round it.i thought it was for extra protection during shipment. when unwrapped it i found that the box has been open all the top was ripped.hence the extra card board round it. Removed all the contents to check if everything was there. Various parts was missing screw for fixing were missing the handle what fixes on the main body was a totally different hand obviously from a different model. Took me numerous phone call to get through to sale section. They said they would have a look see if parts were in warehouse and get back to me. which they never rung back. i did get an email off them and i gave them a list of parts that were missing. They have never replied back to sort my issues out. Rubbish aftersales and customer service. In my opinion i have been soled as they say a "Lemon" Would never buy from this company again. Have open a case with paypal to see if i can get my money back because the machine is not usable without these parts
