      I purchased this item for a reasonable price and delivery was within the scheduled timeframe. Ordering was also a straight forward process. Unfortunately, when the goods arrived, and after removing the packaging, there was a 1.5cm patch of rust on the shaft of the tool which had surfaced through the paint. I immediately emailed the sales department to inform them of the problem. 10 days have passed and I have had no response.
