Purchased an item on 15th April 2025. Still haven't received it and cannot get a response/update from this company. Very poor

What a time saver this is. Don’t mind doing drainage but chamfering the ends was a bit of a drag. Not any more. Wish I’d purchased one of these years ago. Got my money back in saved time already 👍
